  • 1. Arbitration

    Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the commission`s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.The arbitral awards is final and binding upon both parties.

    This Contract is in_copies effective since being signed/sealed by both parties.)


  • 2. Quantity/Quantity discrepancy

    In case of quality discrepancy,claim should be filed by the Buyer within 10 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination,While for quantity discrepancy, claim should filed by the Buyer within 5 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.It is understood that the Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company,Shipping Company,other Transportation Organization or Post office are liable.

  • 3. Warranty policy: We shall provide warranty service due to non-artificial quality problems.

    a. One year warranty to the main body including handlebar stem, Motor, Charger, battery...

    b. Plastic Decorative cover, rubble Handlebar ,rear wheel is not in the scope of warranty.

    c. AlI of damage by man—made(open the housing,tear off the sticker,unnormally using),or losing this card we will not guarantee.

    d. If some parts are broken, related parts and repair video will sent to the buyer for free, also shipping freight is on supplier side.

    e. To ensure good battery performance, please recharge the battery every 3 months.


  • 4. Time of Shipment

    Vendor receives deposit and generally completes production within 20~45 working days. The buyer needs to ship the goods within 10 days after the production is completed and the inspection is passed. The finished goods will be stored free of charge for 15 days, and the warehouse rent will be charged starting from the 16th day. For goods that have been stored for more than 20 days after production and have not been paid for in the warehouse, Vendor reserves the right to handle the inventory on its own without refunding the deposit,and reserves the right to further pursue legal action.

  • 5. Exchange Rate

    1USD=7.1RMB,Currency exchange rate can significantly impact our costs.

    KIXIN will cover variations of up to +/-1.5% of the quoted exchange rate. In the event of any variation greater than +/-1.5% between the quoted exchange rate and Bank Buy exchange rate at the date of the contract, KIXIN reserves the right to amend the unit price.
